انتشارا راضی  ⇐کا شکاری کی اکائیوں کے غیر معاشی ہونے کی بڑی وجہ زمین کا چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں تقسیم ہوتا نہیں ہے بلکہ اصل وجہ زمین کا انتشار ہے ہمارے کا شکار کی زمین بے شک چھوٹے چھوٹے بھڑوں میں تقسیم ہے اگر وہ پنکھے ایک ہی علاقے میں محمد ود ہوں تو اس سے خاص فرق نہیں پڑا کا شکار ایسے حالات میں زمین اور اپنے وسائل کا بہتر استعمال کر سکتا ہے مسئلہ در اصل یہ ہے کہ اس کی زمین مختلف علاقوں میں پھیلی ہوئی ہے اگر ایک زمین کا کلزا راولپنڈی کے ضلع میں ہے تو دوسراکو ضلع ساہیوال میں ہوگا ۔

اکثر وبیشتر کسان کی زمین ایک ہی گاؤں یا علاقے میں پھیلی ہوتی ہے لیکن اسے کاشتکاری کے لئے میلوں فاصلہ طے کرنا پڑتا ہے بجائے اس کے کہ اس کی زمین فرلانگ کے رقبہ میں پھیلی ہو۔ ابدا اس طرح زمین چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں بٹ جانے کے بعد معاشی قطعات کی صورت اختیار کر لیتی ہے اور وہ زمین جو کہ انتشار کا شکار ہے وہ خرید غیر معاشی ہو جاتی ہے

Farmer

In this way, after the land is divided into small pieces, it takes the form of economic blocks and the land which is in chaos becomes uneconomical to buy.

صورتحال

ایسی صورتحال میں کسان کے آلات کا صحیح استعمال نہیں ہو سکتا۔ اس کے علاوہ سائنسی بنیاد پر کاشتکاری کرتا ناممکن ہو جاتا ہے ٹیوب ویل وغیرہ نہیں ھود سے جانتے بہتر اور نیتی صلیں زمین سے حاصل نہیں کی جاسکتیں اس طرح زمین کو محفوظ کرنے کے لئے زیادہ اخراجات برداشت کرنے پڑتے ہیں وقت کا ضیاع ہوتا ہے۔

Situation

In such a situation, the farmer’s tools cannot be used properly. Apart from this, it becomes impossible to do farming on a scientific basis. There are no tube wells etc., and better and more accurate information cannot be obtained from the land. Thus, more expenses have to be borne to protect the land and time is wasted.

زمین

زمین کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں بٹ جانے اور زمین کے انتشار کی وجہ سے زمین کے بڑے بڑے کھیت چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں تقسیم ہو گئے ہیں نہ صرف یہ چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں بٹ گئے ہیں بلکہ یہ ٹکڑے مختلف مقامات پر پھیل گئے ہیں اس وجہ سے کاشتکاری کے لئے جدید آلات سے استاد ہیں کیا جاسکتا ان تمام جہات کی بنا پر زمین کینیا کی پیداواری ہو گیا ہے۔

سماجی اور ساس برائیاں: ان میں بنیادی مسائل کے علاوہ پاکستان کے نظام اراضی کی بدولت بہت کی سماجی اور سیاسی برائیاں جنم لے چکی ہیں زمین ہمارے دیہات میں نہ صرف روزی کمانے کا ذریعہ ہے بلکہ جس شخص کے پاس زمین ہے اسے قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھا جاتا ہے اس کے برعکس شخص جو میں نہیں رکھتا اس کا وقار سوسائی میں نہیں ہوتا لہذا جن لوگوں کو زمانے کے حادثات نے زمین سے محروم کر دیا ہے وہ معاشرے میں تیسرے درجے کے شہری بن گئے ہیں ان لوگوں کو کمزور اور محتاج اور کمین وغیرہ تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔

Social

Social and Political Evils: Apart from these basic problems, many social and political evils have arisen due to the land system of Pakistan. Land is not only a means of earning a living in our villages, but the person who owns land is looked upon with respect. On the contrary, a person who does not own land is not respected in society. Therefore, those who have been deprived of land due to the accidents of time have become third-class citizens in society. These people are considered weak, needy, and scoundrels.

علاوہ ازیں ناقص زرعی نظام کی بدولت بہت سی سیاسی برائیاں بھی جنم لے چکی ہیں مزارعوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد خصوصی طور پربڑے بڑے زمینداروں کے پاس غلام بن کر رہ گئے ہیں وہ ہر وقت زمینداروں کے رحم و کرم پر ہوتے ہیں زمیندار جب تک خوش ہے اس وقت تک وہ زمین کی کاشت کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ زمیندار اپنی دولت کے بل بوتے پر ملکی سیاست پر بھی چھا گئے ہیں

Politics

In addition, due to the poor agricultural system, many political evils have also arisen. A large number of farmers, especially the big landlords, have become slaves. They are always at the mercy of the landlords. They continue to cultivate the land as long as the landlord is happy. The landlords have also dominated the country’s politics on the back of their wealth.
