پاکستان میں تعلیم و تربیت اساتذہ

پاکستان میں تعلیم و تربیت اساتذہ  ⇐ کسی بھی پیشہ کی طرف لوگوں کے جھکاؤ اور اس سے ان کی دلچسپی کے مختلف اسباب ہیں ۔ مثلاً سوسائٹی میں مقام ، مالی فائدہ ، ترقی کے مواقع نی نکلنے والی آسامیوں کی شرح، ملازمت کی شرائط ، رہائش اور طبی سہولتیں اور دیگر مالی تحفظات وغیرہ۔ انہی امور کو سامنے رکھ کر بیشتر افراد اپنے لیے کسی پیشہ کا انتخاب کرتے یا اس سے متعلق تعلیم و تربیت کا منصوبہ بناتے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں اساتذہ کوتمام دیگر سرکاری ملازمین کی طرح یہ تمام سہولتیں درجہ بدرجہ حاصل ہیں۔ اگر کسی بھی پیشہ کو حکومت وقت کی سر پرستی حاصل ہو تو اس پیشہ میں ترقی کے امکانات زیادہ ہوتے ہیں۔

Education and Training of Teachers in Pakistan  There are various reasons for people’s inclination towards any profession and their interest in it. For example, position in society, financial benefits, opportunities for advancement, rate of vacancies, employment conditions, accommodation and medical facilities and other financial considerations, etc. Keeping these issues in mind, most people choose a profession for themselves or plan their education and training related to it. In Pakistan, teachers, like all other government employees, have all these facilities to a certain extent. If any profession enjoys the patronage of the government of the day, then the chances of advancement in that profession are high.

نظام

اس کا نظام، اس کے شرائط وضوابط اس کے اصول وقوانین چونکہ ایک منصوبہ بندی کے تحت کیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس لیے اس میں ترقی اور تحفظ کا پہلو بہتر ہوتا ہے۔ آخر میں یہ کہ اگر معاشرہ کے دیگر لوگ بھی اس پیشہ کو پسند کریں اور عزت و احترام کی نظر سے دیکھیں تو اس پیشے سے دلچسپی بڑھے گی اور وہ اپنے کام کو زیادہ سرگرمی تندہی ، ہمت اور جوش سے انجام دیں گے۔

System

Since its system, its terms and conditions, its rules and regulations are made under a plan. Therefore, the aspect of development and security is better in it. Finally, if other people in the society also like this profession and look at it with respect and honor, then interest in this profession will increase and they will perform their work with more activity, diligence, courage and enthusiasm.

پاکستان میں تعلیم و تربیت اساتذہ کا جائزہ

جب ہم پاکستان میں تعلیم و تربیت اسا تذہ یا پیشہ تدریس کی کیفیت کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں تو معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ ابتدا میں اس پیشہ کی طرف بہت کم لوگ مائل ہوتے تھے ۔ حد یہ تھی کہ لوگ استاد بننے کی بجائے دیہات میں پٹواری بنتا یا پولیس میں بھرتی ہونا زیادہ اچھا سمجھتے تھے۔

Review of Teacher Education and Training in Pakistan

When we review the status of teacher education and training or teaching profession in Pakistan, it is found that initially very few people were inclined towards this profession. The limit was that people considered it better to become patwaris in villages or join the police instead of becoming teachers.

شہروں

اور شہروں میں زیادہ رجحان ڈاکٹر ،انجینئر یا کیل بنے کا تھا۔ ایک زمانے میں یہ بات عام تھی کہ جب کوئی شخص اپنے او پر تمام ملازمتوں کے دروازے بند پاتا تو وہ محکم تعلیم کا رخ کرتا اور پیشہ تدریس کو اپناتا۔ اس کی وجہ ی تھی کہ ابتداء میں اساتذہ کی تنخواہیں بہت کم تھیں ، مواقع کم تھے، رہائش کی سہولتیں نہیں تھیں اور علاج معالجہ کا بھی کوئی بندوبست نہیں تھا۔ حکومت کی توجہ تعلیم کی طرف بہت کم تھی ۔ ان وجوہ کی بناء پر عوام میں بھی اس پیشہ کو اچھی نظروں سے نہیں دیکھا جاتا تھا۔

Cities

In cities and towns, the trend was towards becoming a doctor, engineer or a nail technician. It was common at one time that when a person found all other jobs closed to him, he would turn to education and take up teaching as a profession. The reason for this was that initially the salaries of teachers were very low, opportunities were few, there were no accommodation facilities and there was no provision for medical treatment. The government paid very little attention to education. For these reasons, this profession was not looked upon favorably even by the public.
