Knowledge of teaching methods, skill in their application and ability to criticize and comment on them. Mastery of relevant subjects and proficiency in their effective teaching methods and strategies. Knowledge of the psychology of students, i.e. their tendencies, learning ability, intelligence standards, and their physical, cognitive, emotional and social development.

Various Aspects

Familiarity with the principles of discipline and training in their observance which may prove useful in the implementation of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Ability to utilize one’s best abilities in accordance with the occasion, time and circumstances and to benefit from one’s knowledge in a better and more effective manner. Developing a sense of professional ethics and making it binding and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team with the spirit of cooperation and collaboration with other colleagues of the institution.
- Giving advice to all students regarding their participation in curricular and co-curricular activities.
The need for professional training for a teacher is so that he becomes a smart and exemplary soldier in the field of teaching by being fully aware of all the necessary principles, rules and tools and can perform his duties in the best possible way at all levels and can achieve maximum and better results by spending less time, less cost and less energy.
