حسابی درجہ

حسابی درجہ  ⇐حسابی درجہ دراصل کوئی الگ منزل نہیں ہے بلکہ رہنمائی کے عمل کو تیز تر کرنے کا ایک طریقہ ہے اور اس میں افراد کی صلاحیتوں ، اہلیتوں اور خامیوں کو معلوم کرنے کیلئے نفسیاتی آزمائشوں سے لے کر سروے تک کا طریقہ استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس سے رہنمائی کرنے والے کو انسانی کردار کے سمجھنے اور پیشین گوئی میں بھی مدد ملتی ہے۔ یہ منزل در اصل مواد کو جمع کرنے کی منزل ہے۔

Mathematical level  Mathematical level is not actually a separate destination but a way to speed up the process of guidance and it uses methods ranging from psychological tests to surveys to find out the abilities, capabilities and shortcomings of individuals. زمانہ قدیم میں رہنمائی کیلئے زبانی نصیحت یا حکم کا سہارا لیا جاتا تھا ۔ جدید رہنمائی کے عمل میں فرد کو عملی مظاہرہ کے ذریعے سے کسی بھی فعل کی اچھائی اور برائی کے بارے میں بتایا جاتا ہے۔ عملی مظاہرے سے فرد، رہنمائی کے عمل کو اپنے آپ سے الگ نہیں سمجھتا بلکہ اس طرح بات کو جلدی سمجھ لیتا ہے۔ اس عمل میں مطالعاتی دوروں کے ذریعے سے مختلف شعبوں میں کام کے طریقے دکھا کر طلبہ کو موقع دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی پسند کا طریقہ اختیار کریں
