مشاورت کا مفہوم

مشاورت کا مفہوم  ⇐مشاورت در اصل کسی کو سامنے بٹھا کے، اس کے مسائل کو سمجھ کر مشورہ دینے کا نام ہے۔ مشاورت دو افراد کا باہمی رابطہ ہے اور براہ راست اور لگا تار گفتگو کا ایک سلسلہ ہے۔

Meaning of Consultation Consultation is basically the act of sitting down with someone and giving advice after understanding their problems. Consultation is a mutual communication between two people and is a series of direct and continuous conversations.

رہنمائی اور مشاورت میں فرق

عام طور پر رہنمائی اور مشاورت کو ایک ہی معنی میں لیا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ یہ دونوں اصطلاحات الگ الگ مفہوم ادا کرتی ہیں رہنمائی ایک کل ہے۔ جبکہ مشاورت اس کا ایک جز ہے۔ دوسرے لفظوں میں رہنمائی کے پروگرام کو کامیاب بنانے کیلئے مختلف ذرائع استعمال کیے جاتے ہیں۔ مشاورت ان مختلف ذرائع میں سے ایک اہم ذریعہ ہے۔ اس کی مثال یوں لیجئے کہ جب بچے کی مشکلات اور ضروریات کا حل تلاش کرنے کیلئے انٹرویو کیا جاتا ہے تو یہ مشاورت کہلاتی ہے۔ اس طرح مشاورت رہنمائی کا ایک ایسا لازمی جزو ہے جس میں زیادہ تر ذاتی اور انفرادی قسم کی مدد دی جاتی ہے۔

Difference between Guidance and Counseling

Generally, guidance and counseling are taken to mean the same thing. While these two terms have different meanings, guidance is a whole. While counseling is a part of it. In other words, different means are used to make the guidance program successful. Counseling is one of the important means among these different means. Take this as an example, when an interview is conducted to find a solution to the problems and needs of a child, it is called counseling. Thus, counseling is an essential part of guidance in which mostly personal and individual type of help is given.

رہنمائی کی نوعیت کو صیح طور پر سمجھنے کیلئے اس کے مدارج کا تجزیہ کرنا بہت ضروری ہے۔ رہنمائی کے خاص مدارج درج ذیل ہیں

• مظاہراتی درجہ

مشاورت کے معنی ہیں مشورہ دینا۔ رہنمائی کی یہ سب سے پرانی قسم ہے۔ زندگی کی ابتدا سے ہی والدین، اساتذہ اور بزرگ اپنی ذمہ داری سمجھتے ہیں کہ مختلف طریقوں سے اور زندگی کے مختلف پہلوؤں میں اپنے چھوٹوں کی رہنمائی کریں۔ اس طرح مشاورتی عمل بچے کو کامیابی کے امکانات کا راستہ دکھاتا اور نا کامی سے بچاتا ہے۔ عام طور پر انتخاب اور فیصلے کا مل نیچے پر چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ بعض حالات میں اس کو واضح طور پر ہدایات دینا ضروری ہو جاتا ہے۔ بچے میں صلاحیتیں تو ہوتی ہیں، اسے صرف ان صلاحیتوں کا احساس دلانے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔
