ناقص نظم ونسق ⇐گھر اور مدرسے کا غیر مناسب نظم ونسق بھی بچوں کی جذباتی صحت پر باد کر دیتا ہے۔ بچوں پر حد درجہ پابندیاں عائد کرنا یا انہیں ضرورت سے زیادہ ڈھیل دیتا شخصی تعمیر کیلئے مہلک ثابت ہوتا ہے۔ بہترین نظم ونسق ایسا ہے جو بچوں کو معقول آزادی بھی دیتا ہے اور ان کی نگرانی کے مناسب سامان بھی مہیا کرتا ہے۔
