نصاب تعلیم ⇐مقاصد تعلیم کے حصول کیلئے ایک طرف جہاں ادارے قائم ہیں تو دوسری طرف نصاب کو بھی اتنی ہی اہمیت حاصل ہے جو ان اداروں میں پڑھایا جائیگا کیون تعلیمی ادارے اپنی ذمہ داریوں اور فرائض کو پورا کرنے کیلئے نصاب کا سہارا لیتے ہیں۔ نصاب ایک تعلیمی عمل ا ضابطہ یا پروگرام ہے جس کے مقررہ کردہ حدود کے اندر تعلیم و تدریس کے فرائض انجام دیے جاتے ہیں۔

نصاب سازی اور اس کی توسیع کیلئے وفاقی سطح پر ایک ادارہ نصاب موجود ہے جو وزارت تعلیم کے تحت وفاقی سطح پر پالیسی مرتب کرتا ہے اور صوبائی اداروں کیلئے رہنما اصول تجویز کرتا ہے۔ پھر ان اصولوں کی روشنی میں نصاب و توسیع تعلیم کے ادارے صوبائی سطح پر اپنے اپنے علاقوں کے حالات اور ضروریات کے مطابق نصاب تیار کرتے ہیں اور وفاقی ادارے کی اجازت سے اپنے اپنے صوبوں میں اس نصاب کو جاری کرتے ہیں۔
Curriculum Development
There is a curriculum development and extension agency at the federal level for curriculum development and its extension, which formulates policy at the federal level under the Ministry of Education and suggests guidelines for provincial institutions. Then, in the light of these guidelines, the curriculum and extension education institutions prepare curricula at the provincial level according to the conditions and needs of their respective areas and issue this curriculum in their respective provinces with the permission of the federal agency.
کتابیں
نصاب سازی کے بعد دوسرا مرحلہ درسی کتابوں کی تیاری اور فراہمی کا ہے۔ یہ ذمہ داری ہر صوبے کے ٹیکسٹ بک بورڈ کی ہے، وہ ان مقاصد اور نصاب کی روشنی میں کتابیں تصنیف یا تالیف کرائیں، انہیں چھپوا ئیں اور تمام اداروں تک پہنچوائیں۔
Books
After formulating the curriculum, the second step is the preparation and provision of textbooks. This responsibility lies with the Textbook Board of each province. They should author or compile books in the light of these objectives and curriculum, have them printed, and distribute them to all institutions.

نئے نصاب اور کتابوں سے متعلق، اساتذہ کی تربیت کی ذمہ داری توسیع تعلیم کے مراکز کی ہے جہاں وہ مختصر عرصہ کے تربیتی پروگرام ترتیب دیتے ہیں تاکہ اساتذہ نصاب اور کتابوں میں ہونے والی تبدیلیوں سے واقف ہوتے رہیں۔ وفاقی سطح پر اساتذہ کی تربیت کیلئے علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی کئی پروگرام پیش کر رہی ہے۔ ان میں پرائمری اساتذہ تربیتی کورس، پی ٹی سی ایم اے ایجو کیشنل پلاننگ اینڈ نجمنٹ نمایاں ہیں ۔
Arrangement
Regarding the new curriculum and textbooks, the responsibility of training teachers lies with the Extension Education Centers where they organize short-term training programs so that teachers are aware of the changes in the curriculum and textbooks. At the federal level, Allama Iqbal Open University is offering several programs for teacher training. Among them, Primary Teacher Training Course, PTCMA Educational Planning and Management are prominent.
