پھل اور آمدنی             ⇐            ہوا توڑ  باڑ کا دوسرا بڑا مقصد معقول مقدار میں پھل اور آمدنی حاصل کرنا ہے۔ کھٹی کی ہواتور باڑ سے حاصل کردہ پھل کا رس سکوکش اور مارملیڈ تیار کرنے کے کام میں لایا جا سکتا ہے۔ اور بیچ ذخیرہ میں سٹاک تیار کرنے کے لیے نہایت اہم اور مفید ہے۔ اگر باغ میں کھٹی کے پورے نہ لگائے گئے ہوں تو بسا اوقات ذخیرہ کے لیے کھٹی کا بی حاصل کرنے میں بڑی دقت پیش آتی ہے۔ اس لیے عام اصول چانا چاہیے۔

 باغ کے دوطرف پیوندیبیر تیسری  طرف کھٹی  اور چوتھی طرف جامن وآم  مشیشم، شہتوت  کے پودے لگائے جائیں۔ مؤثر قسم کی ہوا توڑ باڈ کے لیے پودوں کو اس ترتیب و ترکیب سے لگایا جائے کہ اگر ایک پودا اونچا بڑھنے والا ہو تو سر پھلنے اورکم اونچاڑھنے والا لگایا جائے۔

اعلی قسم کے باغ میں پھل دار پودوں کا ایک چھوٹا ساذخیرہ ہونا ضروری ہے تا کہ باغ میں ناغے لگانے کے لیے خود اپنے باغ سے پیوندی لکڑی حاصل کر کے اعلیٰ قسم کے پودے تیار کیے جا سکیں۔ اور جہاں منڈی، ذرائع آمد درفت اور تجربہ کار مالی سہولتیں مہیا ہوں وہاں باغ میں تجارتی پیمانہ پر ذخیرہ جاری کرنا ، روپیہ کمانے کا بہترین ذریعہ ہے۔ مسدس طریقہ میں آبپاشی کا کھال پھل دار پودوں کی بنیادی لائن پر عمودا ہونا چاہیئے  اس طرح آبپاشی میں سہولت رہتی ہے۔

High-quality orchards

-باغ کے باہر چاروں طرف مضبوط باڑ لگانی چاہیے۔ مثلاً پھلا ہی ، دیسی بیر ، ولائتی کیکر، بیل دار گلاب، درنتا، کرنجو وغیرہ۔ دیسی پیر کواد پرے کاٹنے سے اچھی باڑ تیار ہوتی ہے۔ بلکہ باڑ کے اندر موزوں فاصلہ پر بیری کے پودے پیوند کر کے اعلی قسم کے پیوندی بیر بھی پیدا کیے جاسکتے ہیں۔ بیل دار گلاب بھی باغ کے لیے نہایت موزوں ہے۔

Strong fence outside the garden

A strong fence should be built all around the garden. For example, Phula Hi, Desi Ber, Provincial Kekar, Beeldar Gulab, Daranta, Karanjo etc. A good fence is made by cutting the native Peer Quad outside. Moreover, high-quality grafted Bers can also be produced by grafting Berry plants at a suitable distance inside the fence. Beeldar Gulab is also very suitable for the garden.

پھل دار باغات 

پھل دار باغات کی بنیادی لائن لگانے کے لیے درج ذیل اصول مفید ہیں۔  باغ کی داغ بیل لگانے کے لیے اگر کھیت کا اندرونی حصہ ہو تو پھلدار پودوں کی بنیادی لائن کھیت کے چاروں طرف پودوں کے درمیانی فاصلہ کا نصف چھوڑ کر لگانی چاہیے۔ فرض کریں اگر پھل دار پودوں کا درمیانی فاصلہ 25 فٹ ہو تو کھیت کے چاروں طرف ساڈھے بارہ فٹ کا فاصلہ چھوڑ کر پودے لگائے جاتے ہیں۔

Fruit orchards

Suppose if the distance between the fruit trees is 25 feet, then the plants are planted leaving a distance of twelve and a half feet around the field.

بنیادی لائن

اس طرح پودوں کی جڑوں اور شاخوں کو بڑھنے اور پھیلنے کے لیے ہر طرف موزوں جگہ مل سکے گی ۔ بنیادی لائن کبھی کھیت کے کنارے سے شروع نہیں کرنی چاہیے۔ ورنہ پودوں کی صحت اور پھل لانے کی طاقت پر برا اثر پڑے گا۔ نیز باہر کی طرف موزوں فاصلہ چھوڑنے سے ہل یا ٹریکٹ چلانا بھی آسان ہوگا ۔ ورنہ بال یا ٹریکٹر موڑنے کے لیے جگہ نہیں بچے گی۔ 

Baseline

This way, the roots and branches of the plants will get suitable space in all directions to grow and spread. The baseline should never start from the edge of the field. Otherwise, the health of the plants and the power to bear fruit will be adversely affected. Also, leaving a suitable distance outward will make it easier to plow or tractor. Otherwise, there will be no room to turn the plow or tractor.

تو ڑ باز

باغ کی داغ بیل لگاتے وقت اگر بیرونی حصہ ہو تو باہر چاروں طرف ہوا تو ڑ باز ضرور لگانی چاہیے۔ اس سلسلہ میں درج ذیل امور کا خیال رکھنا چاہیے۔ ہواتوڑباڑ  کے پودوں کا آپس میں درمیانی فاصلہ 10 سے 12 فٹ رکھنا چاہیے۔

Air Vents

When planting a garden fence, if it is an outdoor part, then air vents should be installed all around. In this regard, the following matters should be taken into account. The distance between the air vent plants should be kept at 10 to 12 feet.
