تعارف  ⇐آج کا بچہ کل کا باپ ہے  لیکن بچہ باپ بننے تک کئی مرحلوں سے گزرتا ہے۔ بچہ پیدا ہوتا ہے تو کچھ ضروریات ساتھ لے کر آتا ہے اور کچھ ضروریات ماحول سے پیدا ہوتی ہیں۔ جوں جوں بچہ بڑھتا ہے، ضروریات اور مسائل میں پیچیدگیاں پیدا ہوتی جاتی ہیں۔ بعض مسائل کے حل میں اسے کچھ زیادہ ہی مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے اور اسے رہنمائی حاصل کرنے کی ضرورت پیش آتی ہے۔

Introduction Today’s child is tomorrow’s father, but a child goes through many stages before becoming a father. When a child is born, he brings some needs with him and some needs arise from the environment. As the child grows, the needs and problems become more complex. He has to face more difficulties in solving some problems and he needs to seek guidance.

رہنمائی

یوں تو ابتدا ہی سے بچے کو کسی نہ کسی طرح کی رہنمائی کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے لیکن جوں جوں بچہ بڑا ہوتا ہے، رہنمائی کی نوعیت بدلتی جاتی ہے۔ موجودہ دور میں صنعتی انقلاب سے لے کر خلائی دور تک زندگی گزارنے کے انداز بدلے ، طور طریقے بدلے، ماحول میں بہت سے نئے عناصر پیدا ہوئے اور طرح طرح کے مسائل سامنے آئے۔ نتیجے کے طور پر رہنمائی کا کام آسان نہیں رہا اور بدلتے ہوئے حالات کے ماتحت رہنمائی کی ضرورت شدت سے محسوس کی جانے لگی ہے۔

Guidance

So, from the very beginning, a child needs some kind of guidance, but as the child grows up, the nature of guidance changes. In the present era, from the industrial revolution to the space age, the ways of living have changed, the methods have changed, many new elements have emerged in the environment and various problems have come to the fore. As a result, the task of guidance has not been easy and the need for guidance has become acute under the changing circumstances.

رہنمائی کی ضرورت

مسائل اپنی پیچیدگیوں کی بنا پر مختلف نوعیت کے ہوتے ہیں۔ کچھ کے حل آسان ہوتے ہیں کچھ کے مشکل۔ بنا ایک طالبعلم مضامین کے انتخاب میں بے بسی محسوس کرتا ہو، استاد کو شاگرد کی اہلیت اور قابلیت کا پتہ نہ چلے۔ ملازم رکھنے والے کو فرد کی مہارت کا پتہ نہ چل سکے، کاریگر کو اپنے رجحان کا اندازہ نہ ہو سکے۔ ان حالات میں کسی دوسرے فرد سے رہنمائی حاصل کرنے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ یہ رہنمائی عام آدمی سے لے کر ماہر نفسیات تک فراہم کر سکتا ہے۔

Need for Guidance

Problems are of different nature due to their complexity. Some solutions are easy and some are difficult. A student may feel helpless in choosing subjects, a teacher may not know the aptitude and ability of the student. An employer may not know the skills of an individual, a craftsman may not be able to assess his inclination. In these situations, there is a need to seek guidance from another person. This guidance can be provided by anyone from a common man to a psychologist.
