تعلیم و تربیت اسا تذہ کے شعبہ ⇐ مطلوبہ تعداد جو دو لاکھ سے بڑھ کر آئندہ چند سالوں میں تقریبا دوگنی ہو جائے گی پورا کرنے کی بھر پور کوشش کی جائے ۔ ابتدائی اور ثانوی جماعتوں کیلئے تقریبا دو لاکھ پینتیس ہزار اساتذہ کی کمی کو پورا کیا جائے تعلیم بالغاں اور مسلسل تعلیم کیلئے مزید تین لاکھ اساتذہ کی کمی کو بھی پورا کرنے کی کوشش کی جائے۔

اس کے علاوہ اساتذہ کی کمی کو پورا کرنے کیلئے میٹرک سے بی اے تک کے نصاب میں ایجو کیشن ایک اختیاری مضمون کی حیثیت سے شامل کیا جائے تا کہ اس مضمون کو پڑھنے والے طلباء و طالبات کو ابتدائی اور ثانوی مدارس میں مقرر کیا جاسکے۔ اس طرح فوری ملازمت اور ترقی کے امکانات زیادہ روشن ہو سکتے ہیں۔ تمام سطحوں پر عموما اور ابتدائی سطح پر خصوصاً خواتین اساتذہ کی کمی کو پورا کیا جائے اور ان کیلئے تعلیم و تربیت اور ملازمت کی شرائط کو بھی نرم کیا جائے۔

In this way, the prospects of immediate employment and promotion can be brighter. تعلیمی وتربیتی اداروں میں تعلیم و تربیت حاصل کرنے والے اساتذہ کو پوری تنخواہ کے ساتھ چھٹی لینے کی سہولت دی جائے۔ خواتین اساتذہ کیلئے تربیت کے زیادہ سے زیادہ مواقع فراہم کیے جائیں۔ اساتذہ کے تقرر کے طریقے کو بدلا جائے، ان کا تقر ضلعی سطح پرتعلیم کی ضلع کونسل کی مدد اور مشورہ سے کیا جائے۔
Education
Teachers undergoing education and training in educational and training institutions should be given the facility to take leave with full pay. Maximum training opportunities should be provided for female teachers. The method of appointment of teachers should be changed, they should be evaluated at the district level with the help and advice of the District Education Council.

اساتذہ اور ماہرین تعلیم کی اعلیٰ تربیت کیلئے سول سروس اور مالیاتی اداروں کی اکیڈمی کے طرز پر ایک اکیڈمی کے قیام کی بھی سفارش کی گئی ہے۔ بہتر صلاحیتوں کے اساتذہ کو فوری ترقی دینے اور انہیں دیگر تعلیمی اور انتظامی اداروں میں اعلیٰ عہدوں پر تقرر کیے جانے کی بھی سفارش کی گئی ہے۔

Keeping in mind the above recommendations and the funds allocated for their implementation, it can be said that the current situation looks good and if the training program is implemented properly, the future of this profession is certainly bright.
The only requirement is that the selection of those entering this profession be correct and only those people should be selected who believe in the ideology of Pakistan and are also attached to this profession so that they can serve the country and the nation on every front with utmost sincerity, honesty and sense of duty.
