پیشہ تعلیم سے فطری الگاؤ ⇐پیشہ تدریس میں اہم بات معلم کے فطری لگاؤ کی ہے۔ کسی بھی پیشہ کی طرف راغب کرنے والے عوامل میں سے چند ایک یہ ہیں کہ متعلقہ افراد کا اپنے معاشرہ میں مرتبہ مالی استحکام، بہتر شرائط ملازمت ترقی اور آگے بڑھنے کے مواقع اور تحفظ حاصل ہو۔ ان میں سے کسی بھی بات کی کمی افراد کی عدم رغبت کا سبب بن سکتی ہے۔ اس لیے ضروری ہے کہ قابل اور ذہین لوگوں کو اس طرف مائل کرنے کیلئے ان کو پرکشش حالات مہیا کئے جائیں تا کہ وہ شوق اور لگن سے تربیت حاصل کریں اور پھر اس پیشہ سے خلوص اور سچائی کے ساتھ منسلک رہیں۔

تربیت اساتذہ کے متوقع نتائج
توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ پیشہ ورانہ تربیت کے اختتام پر زیر تربیت اساتذہ میں درج ذیل خوبیاں بیدار ہو جائیں۔
وہ نظریہ پاکستان کو بخوبی سمجھ گئے ہوں اس کے مطابق زندگی گزار رہے ہوں اور اس نظریہ کی تبلیغ و اشاعت کیلئے کوشاں ہوں۔
وہ جسمانی اور چینی صحت کے اصول وضوابط سے آگاہ ہوں اور ان پر عمل بھی کرتے ہوں۔ دو تعلیم کے بدلتے ہوئے تقاضوں سے بھی بخوبی واقف ہوں جو اقتصادی اور فنی ترقی کے نتیجے میں ظاہر
ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔
Expected Outcomes of Teacher Training
It is expected that at the end of the professional training, the following qualities will be awakened in the teachers under training.
They should have understood the ideology of Pakistan well, should be living according to it and should be striving to propagate and spread this ideology.
They should be aware of the rules and regulations of physical and mental health and should also practice them. They should also be well aware of the changing requirements of education that are emerging as a result of economic and technological development.

و عدل و مساوات کو اپنا ئیں اور اس کی تبلیغ بھی کریں۔ اپنے تعاون اور اشتراک عمل کے ذریعہ تمام لوگوں سے بہتر روابط قائم کرسکیں۔
اپنے تمام طلبہ وطالبت میں ایثار قتل، انصاف اور اخوت کے جذبے کی فضا قائم کرسکیں اورمعاشرہ کے تعلیم یافتہ ، افراد کو بھی تعلیم کو عام کرنے اور ترقی دینے پر آمادہ کر سکیں وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
