بغل گیر پیوند

بغل گیر پیوند  ⇐ پیوند کاری (گرافٹنگ) (بغل گیر پیوند )اگرچہ پیوند کاری کی بہت سی اقسام ہیں ان میں سے زیادہ اہم بغل گیر پیوند کا طریقہ ہے۔ اس طریقہ میں روٹ سٹاک ( روٹ سٹاک پر سائن کی پیوند کاری کی جاتی ہے ( روٹ سٹاک  یعنی وہ حصہ جو کہ نئے پودے کی جڑ اور نچلے تنے کا کام کرے اور سائن سے مراد ہے اعلیٰ نسل کے منتخب پودے سے ایسی شاخ حاصل کی جاتی ہے۔

Grafting  Grafting (Granny grafting) Although there are many types of grafting, the most important of them is the grafting method. In this method, a scion is grafted onto a rootstock (rootstock means the part that serves as the root and lower stem of the new plant and scion refers to a branch obtained from a selected plant of a higher species).

منتخب شدہ

جسے آنکھ یا پوند کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے تا کہ کامیابی کے بعد او پر والا حصہ اصل منتخب شدہ پودے کے تمام خواص رکھتا ہو۔ دونوں کو آپس میں ملا دیا جاتا ہے۔

Selected

Which is used for grafting or budding so that after success the upper part has all the properties of the original selected plant. The two are mixed together.

سٹاک

سٹاک کو مومن ایک گملہ    میں ماں یا اعلیٰ  قسم پر زمین سے دو سے چارفٹ کی بلندی پر ضرورت کے مطابق رکھنا چاہیے سٹاک اور سائن دونوں کی یکساں مواکی وای نو ماہ سے ایک سال عمر والی شاخیں انتخاب کی جائیں ۔ ہر اک شاخ پر تقریبا ڈیڑھ سے دو انچ لمبا اور ایک بٹا آٹھ  گہرا چھلکا اتارا جاتا ہے۔ چھلکے کے ساتھ کچھ لکڑی بھی اتر جائے ۔

Stock

The stock should be placed in a pot on the mother or superior variety at a height of two to four feet from the ground as per the requirement. The stock and scion should be equally spaced. Branches of nine months to one year old should be selected. A strip of bark about one and a half to two inches long and one-eighth deep should be removed from each branch. Some wood should also be removed along with the bark.

سٹاک پر یہ کٹ تنے پر آٹھ سے دس انچ کی اونچائی اور سائن پر بھی سرے سے چند انچ چھوڑ کر دیا جائے ۔ اس ضمن میں یہ احتیاط رکھنا لازمی ہے کہ کٹ بالکل ہموار ہو۔

• This cut should be made on the stock at a height of eight to ten inches on the stem and a few inches from the tip on the branch. In this regard, it is important to take care that the cut is perfectly smooth.

چکنی مٹی

اب ان کئی ہوئی جگہوں پر ایسی چکنی مٹی باندھ دی جائے ۔ جس میں گو بر ہسن یا بوری کے کئے ہوئے حصے ہوں ۔ اس سارے عمل کا بڑا مقصد یہ ہے کہ سٹاک  اور چوٹی کا جوڑ صحیح طریق پر ہو اور بڑھنے والے خلیے آپس میں مل جائیں۔ مٹی کی ایپ سے پوند شدہ حصہ کیڑوں اور بارش کے پانی وغیرہ سے محفوظ ہو جاتا ہے۔

Clay soil

Now, such clay soil should be applied to these cut areas. In which there are pieces of dung or sack. The main purpose of this whole process is that the stock and the top should be connected in the right way and the growing cells should be connected to each other. The cut area is protected from insects and rainwater by the application of clay.

عموما اڑھائی

پیوند والی جگہ پر جو مکمل ہونے کے لیے عموما اڑھائی سے تین ماہ درکار ہوتے ہیں۔ اس دوران میں ان پودوں کی آبپاشی کا خاص خیال رکھیں۔ پیوند شدہ پودوں کوروزانہ صبح و شام پانی دینا ضروری ہے۔ اب سٹاک والی شاخ کو پیوند کی ہوئی جگہ سے چار پانچ انچ رکھ کر قینچی سے کاٹ دیں۔ اس کے ہفتہ بعد چاقو سے سائن والی شاخ کو بھی جوڑ سے تین چار انچ کا فاصلہ چھوڑ کر نصف موٹائی تک کاٹ دیں اور اس عمل کے آٹھ روز کے بعد سائن والی شاخ کو مکمل طور پر کاٹ دیں۔

Usually two and a half

At the grafting site, which usually takes two and a half to three months to complete. During this time, take special care of watering these plants. It is necessary to water the grafted plants daily in the morning and evening. Now, keep the stock branch four to five inches from the grafting site and cut it with scissors. After a week, cut the branch with the sign with a knife to half the thickness, leaving a distance of three to four inches from the joint, and after eight days of this process, cut the sign branch completely.

پیوند شدہ پودے

اس پیوند شدہ پودے کو چند ماہ تک ذخیرہ میں یا محفوظ جگہ پر رکھنا ضروری ہے۔ یہ طریقہ آم، لیچی، امرود، ایووکیڈو  اور لوکاٹ میں عموماً استعمال کیا جاتا ہے جن میں دیگر طریقے کامیاب نہ ہوسکیں۔ بغل گیر پیوند کاری عموما موسم برسات اور بہار میں کی جاتی ہے برسات کا موسم زیادہ بہتر ہے۔

Grafted plants

The grafted plant must be kept in a storage or protected place for a few months. This method is commonly used in mango, litchi, guava, avocado and loquat where other methods have not been successful. Side grafting is usually done in the rainy season and spring, the rainy season being more favorable.

 وینیر گرافٹنگ

اس طریقہ سے دیسی آم کے پودوں کو موقع پر پیوند کے جاتا ہے۔ کیونکہ اس طرح پودوں کے ضائع ہونے کا ڈر نہیں رہتا ۔

Veneer Grafting

In this method, indigenous mango plants are grafted on the spot. Because in this way there is no fear of wasting the plants.

پیوندی لکڑی تیار کرنا

مطلوبہ قسم کے آم کے پودے کی شاخ جس کی عمر تقریبا تین ماہ ہو۔ پودے سے کاٹ لی جاتی ہے۔ سرےوالی بہتر رہے گی۔ اس لکڑی کے پتے کاٹ دئے جاتے ہیں۔

Preparing graft wood

A branch of the desired type of mango plant, which is about three months old, is cut from the plant. The tip will be better. The leaves of this wood are cut off.

پیوند کرنے کا طریقہ

دیسی پودا جس کو پیوند کرنا مقصود ہو صحت مند ہونا چاہیے۔ تاکہ پوند کامیاب ہو سکے۔

تیز چاقو سے دیسی پودے کی شاخ کو دو انچ لمبا کٹ اس طرح دینا چاہیے کہ چھلکے کے ساتھ تھوڑی سی لکڑی بھی کٹ جائے ۔

اس چھلکے کو نیچے سے تھوڑا سا چھوڑ کر کاٹ دینا چاہیے تا کہ اس کٹ اور چھلکے کے درمیان وی شکل بن جائے۔

Grafting Method

• The native plant that is to be grafted should be healthy. So that the grafting can be successful.
• With a sharp knife, a two-inch long cut should be made on the branch of the native plant in such a way that a little wood is also cut along with the bark.
• This bark should be cut leaving a little bit from the bottom so that a V shape is formed between the cut and the bark.

پیوندی لکڑی

شاک میں اس طرح کٹ دینے کے بعد پیوندی لکڑی پر جس کی لمبائی چارہ، پانچ انچ ہو ایک طرف سے دو انچ لمبائی کی قلم بنادینی چاہیے۔ اس قلم کے دوسری طرف کا تھوڑا سا چھلکا بھی کاٹ دینا چاہیے ۔ پھر اس پیوندی لکڑی کو سٹاک کے کٹ میں فٹ کر کے اُوپر سے فیتہ سے باندھ دینا چاہیے۔ اس کے بعد پیوندی شاخ اور کٹ والی جگہ کو پولی تھین سے ڈھانپ دیا جاتا ہے تا کہ پیوندی لکڑی سوکنے نہ پائے اور جوڑ جلد کامیاب ہو جائے ۔

Grafted wood

After making such a cut in the stock, a pen of two inches in length should be made on the grafted wood, which is four to five inches long, on one side. A little bark should also be cut off on the other side of this pen. Then this grafted wood should be fitted into the cut of the stock and tied with a ribbon from above. After this, the grafted branch and the cut area are covered with polythene so that the grafted wood does not dry out and the joint is successful quickly.
