جو انگریزی کو ناگزیر سجھتا ہے لیکن خالص تعلیمی نقطہ نظر سے ثانوی سطح تک انگریزی کو ذریعہ تعلیم بنانا مفید نہیں۔ پاکستان کی بیشتر آبادی دیکی علاقوں میں رہتی ہے اور شرح خواندگی اس وقت مجموعی طور پر بمشکل 25 فیصد ہے۔ اس صورتحال میں انگریزی کو ذریہ تعلیم بنانا بہت نقصان دہ ہوگا اس ضمن میں ہمارے دستور کے مندرجہ ذیل نکات قابل غور ہیں: پاکستان کی قومی زبان اردو ہے۔
Education
Which considers English as indispensable but from a purely educational point of view it is not useful to make English the medium of instruction up to the secondary level. Most of the population of Pakistan lives in rural areas and the literacy rate is currently barely 25 percent overall. In this situation, making English the medium of instruction would be very harmful. In this regard, the following points of our Constitution are worth considering: The national language of Pakistan is Urdu.

اردو ک دفتری زبان بنانے کے انتظامات اب سے پندرہ سال کے اندر اندر کر دیے ہیں۔ قومی زبان سے تعصب برتے بغیر صوبائی اسمبلیاں ایک قانون کے ذریعہ صوبائی زبان کی تدریس اور اس کے صوبے میں استعمال کا انتظام بھی کر سکتی ہیں۔ اب ریڈیو، ٹیلی ویژن “قومی زبان کے فروغ کے سلسلہ میں خاصا کام کر رہے ہیں۔ سرکاری سطح پر تمام تقاریب و جلسوں کی کاروائی قو می زبان میں ہو رہی ہے

Arrangements have been made to make Urdu an official language within fifteen years from now. Without prejudice to the national language, provincial assemblies can also make arrangements for the teaching of the provincial language and its use in the province through a law. Now radio and television are doing a lot of work in the promotion of the national language. All official ceremonies and meetings are being held in the national language.
