اساتذة  ⇐کمیشن نے اساتذہ کیلئے رہائشی سہولتیں طبی سہولتیں ، پنشن اور دیگر مراعات کی سفارش کی۔ استادکے کام کو تعلیمی حقیقی، ذاتی مطالعہ اور رہنمائی و مشاورت میں تقسیم کر کے اس کیلئے نصابی مصروفیات کا خاکہ پیش کیا گیا۔

Teachers The commission recommended residential facilities, medical facilities, pension and other benefits for teachers. The work of a teacher was divided into academic real, personal study and guidance and counseling and an outline of curricular activities was presented for this.

تعلیمی قابلیت

 تعلیمی قابلیت کے لحاظ سے تعلیم دینے کا استحقاق استاد کو دیا گیا۔ استاد کوترقی اس کی کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر دینے کی سفارش کی گئی۔   کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں میں لائبریریاں قائم کرنے اور ان کو بہتر بنانے کی سفارش کی گئی یونیورسٹیوں کو ہدایت کی گئی کہ وہ سائنس کی تحقیق کے بعض شعبے اپنے لیے منتخب کر لیں۔ کیونکہ تمام یونیورسٹیوں میں ایک ہی قسم کی تحقیق پر آلات اور سائنسی سامان اور کتب مہیا کرنے سے زیادہ لاگت سے محدود تحقیقی کام ہو سکے گا۔

Academic Qualification

The privilege of teaching was given to the teacher based on academic qualification. It was recommended that the teacher be promoted on the basis of his performance. It was recommended to establish and improve libraries in colleges and universities. Universities were directed to select certain areas of scientific research for themselves. Because by providing equipment and scientific equipment and books for the same type of research in all universities, limited research work could be done at a higher cost.

تعطیلات کے دوران ورک کیمپ

موسم گرما کی تعطیلات کے دوران طلبہ کو درک کیمپ منظم کرنے کی سفارش اس لیے کی گئی کہ وہ محنت کی عظمت  کو پہچان سکیں اور ان میں خدمت کا جذبہ پیدا ہو۔

Work Camps During Vacations

It was recommended to organize work camps for students during the summer vacations so that they can recognize the greatness of hard work and instill a spirit of service in them.
