اعلی تعلیم ⇐تحقیق کو اعلی تعلیم کا ایک اہم جز قرار دیتے ہوئے اساتذہ، سامان تجربات اور لیبارٹریوں کے معیار کو بہتر بنانے کی سفارش کی گطلبہ اور طلبات کی علمی استعداد کے مطابق مختلف اقسام کے اداروں میں تعلیمی سہولتیں فراہم کرنے کی سفارش کی گئی۔

امتحان
اعلیٰ ثانوی تعلیم کے نصاب اور امتحان وغیرہ کو بورڈوں کی تحویل میں دینے کی سفارش کی گئی اور ساتھ ہی ہے۔ اے یابی ۔ ایس ۔ سی ڈگری کورس کو دو سال سے بڑھا کر تین سال کرنے کی سفارش کی گئی۔ کمیشن نے یہ بھی سفارش کی کہ نصاب میں تبدیلیاں جدید علوم میں نت نے علم اور تحقیقی اضافوں کی نسبت سے ہوتی اپنی چاہئیں ۔ اور ہماری ملک اعلی تعلیم کا معیار بین الاقوامی معیار کے مطابق ہو۔
Examination
It was recommended to hand over the curriculum and examination etc. of higher secondary education to the boards and at the same time. It was recommended to extend the duration of the A.B.I.-Sc.-C degree course from two years to three years. The Commission also recommended that changes in the curriculum should be made in proportion to the knowledge and research additions in modern sciences. And the quality of higher education in our country should be in accordance with international standards.
نظام امتحانات
کمیشن نے سفارش کی کہ طلبا کو تمام سال با قاعدگی سے مطالعہ کی عادت ڈالی جائے اور طلبہ فہم و ادراک سے کام لیتے ہوئے مضامین کا مطالعہ کریں۔ پلک امتحان کے علاوہ ادارے اساتذہ کی مدد سے دوران سال طلباء کے امتحان لیتے رہیں۔ ان امتحانات کیلئے پچھیں نمبر مختص کیے گئے۔ پیشہ ورانہ مہارت زیادہ ضروری ہے۔ اس لیے صبح اور شام کے اوقات میں تخنیکی اور کامرس کورس جاری کیے جائیں۔
Examination System

In addition to the mock examination, institutions should conduct examinations for students throughout the year with the help of teachers. Back marks were allocated for these examinations. Professional skills are more important. Therefore, technical and commerce courses should be offered in the morning and evening hours.
