تدریس و تربیت اساتذہ ⇐نظریہ پاکستان اور دین اسلام سے وابستہ افراد کو اساتذہ کے تربیتی اداروں میں داخلہ دلایا جائے گا۔ دوران ملازمت تربیتی کورسوں کا اہتمام کیا جائے گا اور تدریسی اداروں کو وسعت دے کر مضبوط بنایا جائے گا۔ پرائمری اساتذہ کے تربیتی اداروں کو تربیتی کالجوں میں بدل دیا جائے گا۔ اساتذہ کے نصاب میں تبدیلیاں لائی جائیں گی۔ یونیورسٹی گرانٹس کمیشن اعلیٰ تعلیم کی اکیڈمی قائم کرے گا۔
Teaching and Training of Teachers People associated with the ideology of Pakistan and the religion of Islam will be admitted to teacher training institutions. In-service training courses will be organized and teaching institutions will be expanded and strengthened. Primary teacher training institutions will be converted into training colleges. Changes will be made in the teacher curriculum. The University Grants Commission will establish an academy of higher education.
امتحانی اصلاحات
امتحانی پالیسیاں بہتر بنائی جائیں گی۔ طلبہ کو دوران سال تعلیمی ترقی کی بنیاد پر اگلی جماعت میں ترقی دی جائے گی ۔ درسگاہ کے امتحان پبلک امتحان کی جگہ لے لیں گے۔ طلبہ کے اکتساب کا جائزہ کر دار اور چال چلن اس کی ترقی کی بنیاد قرار دیے جائیں گے۔ اعلیٰ تعلیم کی درسگا ہیں طلبہ کی استعداد اور جائزہ، کردار اور چال چلن اس کی ترقی کی بنیاد قرار دیے جائیں گے۔ اعلیٰ تعلیم کی درسگا میں طلبہ کی استعداد اور رجحان کی بنیاد پر داخلہ دیں گی۔ تعلیمی بورڈوں کو معیاری امتحانات کے جائزے بنانے اور دیگر تحقیقی کاموں کو اپنانا ہو گا جس سے طلبہ کی تعلیمی ترقی کی بہتر طریقے سے جانچ پڑتال کی جاسکے۔
Examination Reforms
Examination policies will be improved. Students will be promoted to the next grade on the basis of academic progress during the year. School examinations will replace public examinations. Assessment of student achievement, character and conduct will be the basis for their progress. قومی ادارہ نفسیات رہنمائی و مشاورت کے جائزے وغیرہ تیار کر کے ان کو تجرباتی طور پر تعلیمی اداروں میں رواج دے گا اور اساتذہ کی رہنمائی اور مشاورت کے تربیتی پروگراموں کا انعقاد عمل میں لائے گا۔
Guidance and Counseling
The National Institute of Psychology will develop guidance and counseling assessments, etc., and pilot them in educational institutions, and will conduct training programs for teachers in guidance and counseling.
اعلی تعلیم
یونیورسٹی گرانش کمیشن یونیورسٹیوں میں تدریس اور تحقیق کے معیار کو بلند کرنے کیلئے اقدامات کرے گا۔ یونیورسٹی ایکٹ میں ترمیم کرکے یونیورسٹیوں کے لائحہ عمل کو قابل عمل بنایا جائے گا نصاب کو اسلامی معاشرہ کی امنگوں سے ہم آہنگ کر دیا جائے گا۔ اعلی تعلیم میں داخلے قابلیت اور میرٹ کی بنیاد پر دیے جائیں گے۔ استاد کا ضابط اخلاق تیار کیاجائے گا۔ اساتذہ کے انتساب کا ایک جامع پروگرام شروع کیا جائے گا۔
Higher Education
The University Grants Commission will take steps to raise the standard of teaching and research in universities. The University Act will be amended to make the university system workable and the curriculum will be aligned with the aspirations of the Islamic society. Admissions to higher education will be based on merit and ability. A code of conduct for teachers will be developed. A comprehensive teacher appraisal program will be launched.
پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم
پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم کے ادارے اپنے طلباء کو ملی تربیت کا انتظام دوران تعلیم ہی کریں گے اور ایسے اداروں سے رابطہ رکھیں گے جہاں تربیت کا انتظام کیا جا سکے گا۔ تربتی توسیعی پروگراموں کا بندوبست پیشہ ورانہ تعلیمی اداروں کی اپنی ذمہ داری ہوگی۔ یہ اقدام فارغ التحصیل طلباء کو پیروزگاری سے بچانے کیلئے کیے جائیں گے۔
Vocational Education
Vocational education institutions will manage the training received by their students during their studies and will maintain contact with such institutions where training can be arranged. Arrangements for training extension programs will be the responsibility of the vocational education institutions themselves. These measures will be taken to protect the graduates from unemployment.
