پرائیویٹ تعلیمی ادارے⇐ بھی شعبے کو پرائیویٹ تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کی اجازت ہوگی ۔ بشرطیکہ ادارے کی عمارت کھیل کے میدان، لیبارٹریاں لائبریریاں اساتذہ اور دیگر سہولتیں معیاری ہوں۔ ایسے ادارے قومیائے نہیں جائیں گے۔

تعلیم کے خواہشمند بالغ افراد کسی وجہ سے اپنی تعلیم مکمل نہیں کر پاتے جو افراد دوران ملازمت یا کاروبار میں مصروف ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنی تعلیم جاری رکھنا چاہتے ہیں ان کیلئے غیر رہی طریقہ تعلیم اور تعلیم بالغاں کے مواقع فراہم کرنے کیلے قومی کونسل برائے تعلیم بالغاں کی تشکیل کی جائے گی۔ حد افرادی تعلیمی ملک بھر کے تقریبا 4 فیصد معذور افراد کی تعلیم و تربیت کیلئے اقدامات کرنا ضروری ہے تا کہ وہ قومی زندگی میں موثر کردار ادا کر سکیں۔

نے تعلیمی ڈھانچے کی عمارت تین منزلوں پرچتی ہوگی جبکہ پرانے تعلیمی ڈھانچے کی عمارت چار منزلہ تھی۔ پہلی جماعت سے آٹھویں جماعت تک کی تعلیم کو ابتدائی تعلیم کے نام سے موسوم کیا جائے گا۔ نویں سے بارہویں جماعت تک کی تعلیم کو ثانوی تعلیم کا نام دیا جائے گا۔ اعلیٰ تعلیم کا آغاز تعلیم کے تیرہویں سال سے ہو گا۔ گیارہویں اور بارہویں جماعتوں کو بعض موجود ہائی سکولوں کیساتھ ملا دیا جائے گا جبکہ نویں اور دسویں کو تمام انٹر کالجوں کے ساتھ ملا دیا جائے گا۔
Educational Stages

Scientific Education
