تقومی تعلیمی پالیسی 1978 ⇐قوی تعلیمی پالیسی 1978ء کا مسودہ صدر پاکستان چیف مارشل لاء ایڈمنسٹریٹر جنرل محمد ضیاء الحق کی صدارت میں بلائی گئی قومی تعلیمی کانفرنس نے تیار کیا تھا۔ اس کا نفرنس میں طلباء، اساتذہ ، ماہرین تعلیم اور قانون دانوں نے حصہ لیا تھا۔
National Education Policy 1978 The National Education Policy 1978 was drafted by the National Education Conference convened under the chairmanship of the President of Pakistan and Chief Martial Law Administrator General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq. Students, teachers, educationists and jurists participated in the conference.

بالآخر قومی تعلیمی کانفرنس کی سفارشات کو قومی تعلیمی پالیسی کی شکل دی گئی اور اس کا اعلان اکتوبر 1978ء میں ہوا۔ قومی تعلیمی پالیسی 1978ء کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کیلئے ایک قابل عمل پروگرام مرکزی وزارت تعلیم، صوبائی محکمہ جات تعلیم اور مرکزی تعلیمی اداروں کے تعاون سے تیار کیا گیا۔ اس تعلیمی پالیسی کی نمایاں خصوصیات درج ذیل ہیں
Education
Finally, the recommendations of the National Education Conference were formulated into the National Education Policy and announced in October 1978. A workable programme was prepared in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Education, Provincial Education Departments and Central Educational Institutions to implement the National Education Policy 1978. The salient features of this education policy are as follows:

پاکستانی عوام الناس کے دلوں میں عمومی طور سے اور طلباء کے دلوں اور ذہنوں میں خصوصی طور پر دین اسلام اور سر زمین پاکستان کے ساتھ کچی وابستگی پیدا کرنا اوران کی شخصیت کو نظریہ پاکستان اور اسلامی اقدار کا نمونہ بنانا۔ طالبم میں احساس پیا کرا کہدہ اس مسلہ کا ایک فر ہے اوراسے مسلمان بھائی چارہ کے اصول پرعمل کرتے ہوئے دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کی موجود کیلئے کام کرتا ہے۔ اسے دنیا بھر میں اسلام کا پیغام بھی پہنچاتا ہے۔
Objectives
To create a strong attachment to the religion of Islam and the land of Pakistan in the hearts of the Pakistani people in general and to the hearts and minds of the students in particular and to make their personalities a model of the ideology of Pakistan and Islamic values. The so-called Ehsaas Piyakara in Talibam is a part of this issue and it works for the existence of Muslims around the world by following the principle of Muslim brotherhood. It also conveys the message of Islam to the whole world.
محلہ سکول
قومی تعلیمی پالیسی کا مقصد محلہ سکول کو ادارے کی شکل دیتا ہے۔ اس ادارے کو آہستہ آہستہ تقویت دے کر تعلیم نسواں کیلئے یعنی نوجوان لڑکیوں اور بالغ عورتوں کی تعلیم کے مقاصد کے حصول کیلئے استعمال کرنا ہو گا۔
Mohalla School
The National Education Policy aims to institutionalize the Mohalla School. This institution should be gradually strengthened and used to achieve the goals of female education, that is, the education of young girls and adult women.
